Octobersatz 2026 continues, and it’s been busier than ever with Tina Carbone’s It’s Not Real racking up 10k+ views in the three days it’s been available. And last night’s Filipino American History Month screening of the daydream believers was no exception.
The live chat was jumping with guest appearances including filmmaker Patrick Epino whose film Veterano is currently on the festival circuit. The filmmakers were in attendance chatting and cheering each other on while viewers also joined in the chat to ask their questions or sometimes just to joke along with the crew.
And those who stuck around after the film was done saw the reveal of the Octobersatz Secret Screening, a feature length Ersatz rarity that has never been released on home video, screening via YouTube Live (also with LiveChat!) ONLY FOR SUBSCRIBERS. If you’re reading this, that means you’re a subscriber and will be receiving a link to the Secret Screening on the day, but mark this date and time:
OCTOBERSATZ SECRET SCREENING:
Sunday, November 1 - 6pm PT / 9pm ET
Thanks to everyone who made it to our virtual screening of the daydream believers. It was nice to feel the love in the chat and just seeing how many people showed up. I hope to see you all on Sunday, November 1 at 6pm PT!
